Welcome to thenursenotes. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.thenursenotes.com, our digital nursing study guides, PDFs, downloads, emails, support services, and related content.
By visiting the website, purchasing a product, downloading files, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Digital product
thenursenotes sells digital nursing study guide PDFs. No physical product is shipped.
The product may include one complete nursing notes PDF and separate chapter-based PDFs. File size may be large. Delivery is by private download link.
2. Personal-use license only
When you purchase from thenursenotes, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased PDFs for your own personal study only.
You do not purchase ownership of the copyright, intellectual property, source files, designs, illustrations, notes, layout, written content, brand assets, or distribution rights.
3. Strict copyright disclaimer
All thenursenotes study guides, PDFs, website content, page layouts, written notes, illustrations, diagrams, designs, graphics, branding, download files, and related materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

This includes, but is not limited to, sharing files through email, Google Drive, Dropbox, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook groups, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, Course Hero, Chegg, StuDocu, Scribd, Docsity, school forums, file-sharing websites, AI training datasets, or any public or private distribution channel.
Purchasing a PDF does not give you permission to distribute it to classmates, coworkers, friends, schools, tutoring businesses, nursing groups, social media audiences, websites, or paid communities.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, public posting, watermark removal, or attempts to bypass access controls may result in termination of access, refusal of future service, legal action, copyright takedown requests, and claims for damages.
4. Watermarking and misuse protection
Purchased PDFs may be personalized with visible or embedded watermarks. Watermarks may include your name, email address, phone number, postal code, order ID, and thenursenotes branding.
You may not remove, hide, crop, alter, blur, obscure, bypass, or tamper with watermarks.
Watermarks help verify ownership, prevent unauthorized sharing, investigate misuse, and enforce these Terms.
5. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, upload, or redistribute purchased files
- Use the files for commercial tutoring, resale, course packs, paid communities, or competing products
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, download, or extract website or PDF content
- Attempt to access another customer’s order, download link, or files
- Use false checkout details
- Commit fraud, abuse refunds, initiate false disputes, or misuse chargebacks
- Remove copyright notices, watermarks, branding, or ownership information
- Use thenursenotes materials to train AI systems, datasets, summaries, derivative guides, or competing educational products
6. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor we may use. We do not store full credit card numbers on our website.
Prices, discounts, currencies, taxes, and availability may change at any time.
7. Refund policy
Because this is a digital product delivered by download link, all sales are generally final once payment is completed, watermarking begins, access is created, or a download link is issued.
We may, at our discretion, issue a refund if there is a duplicate charge, technical delivery failure we cannot resolve, or another issue required by applicable law.
Refund requests must be sent to support@thenursenotes.com.
8. Download access
Download links may expire after 3 days. If your link expires, you may request a new link through the student desk using the purchase email and order ID.
We may refuse or revoke access if we suspect fraud, unauthorized sharing, chargeback abuse, violation of these Terms, or misuse of the product.
9. Educational disclaimer
thenursenotes materials are educational study resources only. They are not medical advice, clinical policy, legal advice, professional nursing instruction, or a substitute for current textbooks, official curriculum, instructor guidance, employer policy, clinical judgment, or licensed healthcare advice.
Medical and nursing information may change. You are responsible for verifying information with current, authoritative sources.
10. No guarantee
We do not guarantee exam results, grades, licensing outcomes, employment outcomes, clinical performance, or academic success.
We try to provide helpful study materials, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, error-free, current, or suitable for every school, program, jurisdiction, exam, or clinical setting.
